You Will Need
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts or other root veggies
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. Balsamic & Roasted Onion Veggie Roaster
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine butter, oil and citrus seasoning packet. Toss with asparagus and lemon slices to evenly coat. Roast on a rimmed baking sheet for 15 minutes or until tender. Squeeze any remaining juices from the lemon slices onto the cooked asparagus.
