Bring the deep flavors of balsamic and roasted onion to any veggie dish with this sweet and savory vegetable seasoning blend. It’s as simple as tossing some Brussels sprouts or potatoes with a bit of oil and this veggie seasoning mix for the balsamic roasted vegetables of your dreams.

With enough veggie seasoning mix for three batches, this mix can also be used to grill balsamic veggies for some added smoky flavor!

Sea Salt, Dehydrated Onion & Garlic, Brown Sugar, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme, Vinegar Powder (Maltodextrin, White Distilled Vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar), Sherry Wine Powder (Maltodextrin, Sherry Wine Solids), Malic Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Natural Flavor, Yeast Extract, and less than 2% Soybean Oil and Silicon Dioxide added as processing aids.

Balsamic Veggie Seasoning Mix Preparation & Instructions (Makes 1 Batch)

 

You Will Need

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts or other root veggies
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Balsamic & Roasted Onion Veggie Roaster

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine butter, oil and citrus seasoning packet. Toss with asparagus and lemon slices to evenly coat. Roast on a rimmed baking sheet for 15 minutes or until tender. Squeeze any remaining juices from the lemon slices onto the cooked asparagus.
